Soon your batteries could have an incredible shelf life and all because of a new discovery of nanotechnology.Bell Labs is developing a type of microbattery that consumers may be able to use 20 years after it is first bought. The chemicals in traditional batteries react and slowly degrade with time. But now, scientists have shown that it is possible to postpone the chemical reaction that occurs in traditional batteries.
