Reward Jumps To $50K In Missing Woman Case

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The reward for information has increased to $50,000 in the case of a missing Kansas City woman.Summer Shipp, 54, hasn't been seen since Dec. 8 when she was doing door-to-door surveys. Police later found her car abandoned in Independence.Wednesday afternoon, friends decorated her home at 36th and Pennsylvania with red ribbons. They wanted some holiday decorations to greet Shipp if she returns home.Anyone with information about Shipp's disappearance can contact the TIPS Hotline at (816) 474-TIPS.
