Fire Damages Parkville Home Overnight

Firefighters Say Blaze Starts On Front Porch

POSTED: 7:40 a.m. CST November 20, 2003

Fire investigators are trying to pinpoint the cause of a fire that damaged a home early Thursday.

Firefighters told KMBC that the blaze started on the front porch of the house on River Road.

A man and woman inside the home made it to safety.

The fire was contained before it damaged the inside of the house.
