OVERLAND PARK, Kan. -- Office workers found a pair of bobcats perched in trees at Corporate Woods Tuesday morning.KMBC's Bev Chapman reported the cats were perched in the trees off Alternate 69."I think it's awesome, really cool that we've got them here at Corporate Woods," Lisa Dillon said.
The shy wildcats typically avoid people. But they were just a few yards away from a corporate jungle -- office buildings filled with over 2,000 people working in finance and law."I never saw a wildcat when I was growing up. This is a real treat," Bob Cider said.Chapman reported that the bobcats eat squirrels, rabbits and mice. But they have been known to bring down deer and there are a lot of deer in Corporate Woods.
