KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- A Missouri man has been ordered to pay a fine for riding his bike.

The town of Lawson has a no-bike zone. Ed Chasteen (pictured, left) parked his bicycle outside a downtown restaurant last summer and was ticketed.

Chasteen has multiple sclerosis and says he needs the exercise.

Chasteen fought the ticket but a judge found him guilty of pushing a bike on the sidewalk. He will have to pay a $75 fine, plus court fees.
