KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- A $1,000 reward is being offered for information on the fatal shooting of a bald eagle in Miami County, Kan., in February.A farmer found the dead bird.Anyone arrested and convicted for killing a bald eagle faces up to a year in jail and a $100,000 fine.
