INDEPENDENCE, Mo. -- Police arrested a third man in connection with the slaying of Steven Peters, a longtime musician with the Kansas City Symphony.

Sylvon Sese was taken into custody Monday night. Investigators said he was identified from a hospital surveillance video.

Earlier Monday, Michael Jones and Richard Jones were charged with second-degree murder and armed criminal action in Peters' death.

KMBC reported that it appears the men were allegedly trying to rob the victim's home, but Peters fought back.
