Courtney McCool and Terin Humphrey returned home Monday night, but won't have much time before they leave town again.

There were plenty of "welcome home" signs and American flags on display when the pair of Olympic qualifiers stopped by their local gym on Tuesday.

Humphrey said the training will be just as rigorous as it's always been now that they have officially qualified for the team.

"We are going to be training the same schedules -- 36 hours per week, and just as hard," she said.

McCool added that things may get more intense as the world turns its eye to the competition next month in Greece.

"Do the same thing we have been doing at a more intense level, try to be more consistent, and it will prepare us even more," she said. "Everything we be easier as we get there."

Coach Al Fong
Although their routines will stay relatively the same as the teens prepare to compete in Athens,Greece, coach Al Fong (pictured, right) said the team's mindset will change as the big day approaches.

"The biggest difference in our strategy from the Olympics -- it's no longer a selfish endeavor where, 'I must make the team.' We are the team now; its a community effort by the USA team to produce a gold for the United States," Fong said.

The teens will only have about one week at home; then they'll head back to Texas to train with the U.S. Olympic Team. From there, they'll leave for Athens on Aug. 4.
